  • Your password may include alphabets (a b c etc), numbers (1 2 3 and so) and special characters (%@#$* etc),
  • While providing your services for any order, please verify the authentication of order to prevent fraud.
  • Provide payment after task has been completed not before, or if the project is big then make half payments to encourage the service provider for completing the task.
  • If the payment is not according to the project (meaning less/inappropriate payment for big projects) the service provider has all the rights can file complaint against your account. In order to avoid such situations, provide rightful payment.
  • Similarly, for a service provider, he should task should be relevant and as per requirement of the order.
  • We strictly advise you not to share your personal information with anyone on this platform while communicating.
  • If you receive any suspicious emails from any user in the platform, immediately report the id.

2. Terms and Condition

  • Digital Task is a platform where different services can be availed.
  • Digital Task provides communication medium between service provider and worker, therefore, in case of any fraud (i.e., kidnapping, false services, etc.) the organization will not be responsible.
  • User can set his BID, so in order to receive his services his/her rate should be accepted.
  • If a person is eligible of performing different services, his/her Bid should vary as criteria of the job and proficiency level.
  • If the user is not providing reasonable amount, the worker has the right to demand for more, or he/she can leave the job incomplete.
  • If the worker is found violating rules, his/her account will be suspended or removed permanently.
  • If a service provider doesn’t pay to the worker within 30 days, his/her account will be suspended or blocked.
